Mr Bill Clements is the Practice Manager and heads a strong team of secretaries, receptionists and administration staff.

The staff do their best to try and meet your requests. Sometimes they may need to ask rather personal questions in order to do their job efficiently. This is especially the case when allocating priority at times when demand is particularly high. Our staff are trained to do this sensitively and solely to ensure that people with major and urgent problems are dealt with as quickly as possible.
