  If you need to contact a doctor outside normal surgery hours, telephone 478 1850 and you will be directed to a duty doctor. The doctor may give you advice or ask you to attend the out-of-hours centre in Birmingham city centre.

There is an NHS Walk-In Centre located in Boots the Chemist, New Street in Birmingham City Centre, which you can attend without an appointment for medical advice.
