This site requires 'Java' to run the Main Menu and Panoramas - If nothing appears in the box above within a couple of seconds, or alternatively you get a message saying "Microsoft Java VM build NOT detected" either:

1. You have set Java Permissions to 'disable' in your browser security settings - In which case go to the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser window - choose 'Internet Options' - click the 'Security' tab - click on the 'Internet' icon - click on the 'Custom Level' button - scroll down until you find 'Java Permissions' - select 'High Safety' - click on the 'OK' button for both windows that are open.

2. You do not have Microsoft Java support installed - In which case, download and install JVM Build 3805 (click on this link and choose "open").

Once this is complete we suggest you download and install the latest upgrade by clicking here JVM Build 3810 (click on this link and choose "open"). You need to install JVM Build 3805 before installing the upgrade.
