Only prescriptions authorised by a doctor can be obtained.
They can be obtained in several ways: Please allow 48 hours before collection;
- 1. On-line via the website.

If you wish to order your prescription on-line using this new service you will need to call into the surgery to obtain your unique username and password. - 2. Using the repeat prescription side of the original prescription, indicate items required and either
a) drop it off at reception, to be collected from there
b) enclose a self addressed envelope for return or
c) order it on-line
d) if you have your prescription in blister packs you must organise a chemist of your choice to collect the prescription from the surgery.
