Northfield Health Centre was opened in 1985. However
there has been a Medical Centre on the site for more
than 50 years. Today there are two practices at the
Centre - This website relates to the Fleming practice.
There are also Health Visitors, District Nurses, Speech
Therapists, Chiropodists, School Nurses, Community Dentists
and a dispensing chemist based here.
Consulting facilities are at ground floor level. There
are no steps, facilitating access for disabled people.
